BK Paws and Play LLC Company Policies:

 

Please, read all of the following policies as some may have changed.  We thank you for your understanding and continued cooperation.

Additional Pet Fees:

 

For Walks, Cat Sits, and Boardinig- Each additional pet receiving service will incur an additional charge of 50% of the regular rate of service.   

Cancellation Policies:

 

Cancelling a Walk or Cat Sit:

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations of any walk or cat sit.  

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge equal to the full rate of the scheduled service.

These times are based on the end of the scheduled arrival window.

 

Cancelling Overnight Boarding:

We require 7 days notice when cancelling any overnight boarding service.  Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will incur a fee of 10% of the all services rendered within the 7 days following the cancellation request.

If an overnight boarding cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the start of service, a fee equal to the full rate of the scheduled service will be implemented.

 

Off Hour Surcharge:

Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.  Any service scheduled outside of these hours (mornings before 9-11am, evenings after 4-6pm, and weekends) will incur an off hour surcharge of $15.

Same Week Scheduling Requests:

Please, submit all requests for the coming week by the Friday prior. Any service requested after Friday for the following week will incur a surcharge of $7.

24 Hour Emergency Scheduling Request:

Any requests submitted with less than 24 hours notice will be considered and emergency and will incur an additional surcharge of $20.

Holiday Fees:

Major holidays will incur an additional fee of $23.  Minor holidays will incur a fee of $18. The following is a list of all holidays subjected to this holiday fee.
